Casitas are very clean and the hostess is wonderful!!...
Loved staying here. 7 Casitas, (cottages), with a breakfast restaurant on the premise. Very clean and the hostess is wonderful, Carly. She always got back with me and did everything she could to make it an enjoyable trip. This is the place to stay in san Miguel.

Casa Carly was everything I hoped for and more...
Casa Carly was everything I hoped for and more. When we first entered the courtyard, I felt like I was in fantasy-land-----so much brilliant color, sunlight, vines and flowers. Carly, Marti and the rest of the staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. An added benefit was hearing Carly's husband, a classically-trained pianist, practice in the late afternoons. It added to the overall atmosphere of the place.

My wife and I think of it as a calm oasis of hospitality....
Carly and her staff make us feel comfortable and relaxed each time we visit. This morning we enjoyed another leisurely 2 hour breakfast that featured good food and a warm friendly environment. My wife and I think of it as a calm oasis of hospitality.

We stayed at Casa Carly for two weeks and would like to come back for a month next year. The casitas are bright, comfortable and clean. The location is great and the price is right. Each casita is decorated with different colors and themes, with an emphasis on Mexican folk art. The grounds are nicely landscaped with water features, flowering plants, etc. Casa Carly is not a true B&B in that breakfast is not included. We have stayed at a B&B and a condo before and CC offers the best of both. You can prepare breakfast in your kitchenette or walk 50 ft. to the on-site cafe.

Our hostess Carly and her assistant Marti were wonderful about arranging transportation and tours and providing local information. An unusual feature of this casa is the twin pianos where Carly's partner teaches. They present dinner concerts every few months. This also meant a practice piano was available for my wife.

The location is great, close enough to easily walk to the center of town...
I stayed at Casa Carly for several weeks and loved it!! The casitas are adorable and each have everything you need - cable, dvd player, ipod player, and a complete kitchenette. The breakfasts at the cafe are delicious - I recommend the french toast. The location is great, close enough to easily walk to the center of town but in a quieter neighborhood. Carly, the owner, was extremely helpful and flexible with recommendations for activities and restaurants. In addition to the cafe Carly said she hosts piano concerts throughout the year - yet another reason to come back!!

My husband and I stayed at Casa Carly for three weeks. Upon opening the gate, we were immediately thrilled and the thrill never wore off. The owner has designed 7 little suites, all separate, all with very different decor. All with their own charm. We were in Suite #3, but I can say I peeked into all of them and they're all great.
